Truett Hurst Winery Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a delightful evening Sound Bath Experience in the beautiful gardens of the Truett Hurst Winery, a holistic vineyard and farm in the heart of Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley. The Celestial Voice and Blue Muse will guide you on a deep and expansive journey of healing sound frequencies with the aid of a 7 Paiste Gongs, an array of Crystal Singing Bowls, the sweet melody of Hand Pan and Voice, a 32 string Monochord, Ocean and Native Drums, Rain Sticks and Exquisite Koshi Chimes. We start with a short meditation and close with the toning of the Chakras. Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience ~ Its like receiving a full body sound massage.

Arrival is from 5pm to explore the beautiful flowering gardens that meander down to the creek! Please arrive no later than 5:30 to check in and set up for the Sound Bath which starts promptly at 5:45. You will be lying on a grass lawn so please bring a mat, small pillow and a blanket to make yourself comfortable. We will have silk eye mask for purchase.

In case of rain or other unforeseeable inhibiting factor where the event is postponed, all tickets will be transferred to the next scheduled Sound Bath or a Rain Check Date. Tickets are refundable up to 5 days before the event except for the Eventbrite fees which are non refundable.
