Truett Hurst Winery Sunset Sound Bath Experience

Join us for a delightful Sunset Sound Bath in the beautiful gardens of the Truett Hurst Winery, a holistic vineyard and farm in the heart of Healdsburg’s Dry Creek Valley. The Celestial Voice and Blue Muse will guide you on a deep and expansive journey of healing sound frequencies with the aid of a 5 Paiste Gongs, an array of Crystal Singing Bowls, the sweet melody of Handpan and Voice, a 32 string Monochord, Ocean and Native Drums, Rain Sticks and Exquisite Koshi Chimes. We start with a short body awareness meditation and close with the toning of the Chakras. Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience ~ Its like receiving a full body sound massage.

Arrival is from 5pm to explore the beautiful gardens that extend along side the creek. Latest arrival is 5:30 to set up for the Sound Bath. You will be lying on a grass lawn so please bring a mat, small pillow and a blanket to make yourself comfortable. Wine will be available by the glass or a bottle to take home if you are so inclined.
